The challenge
01Where the brand started.
Vestira produced its e-commerce content the traditional way: studio rentals, casting, and samples shipped between cities. Every collection drop meant four to six weeks of production — and the content still arrived inconsistent, shot by different teams in different conditions.
The team tried the AI tools available on the market, but none of them held the brand’s visual direction or reproduced garments accurately enough for PDP use. Production stayed expensive, slow, and impossible to scale ahead of seasonal peaks.
